Part of their offering is the STEM Ambassador Programme, a national volunteering programme where volunteers and employers share knowledge and experiences to help young people of all ages, achieve more and progress further along a STEM pathway.

Mental Health First
Aiders Program

MHFA is an internationally recognised training course that teaches people how to spot the signs of mental ill health and provide skills to support positive wellbeing. The course sets out to develop the skills required to approach and support individuals suffering from mental ill health and teaches how to support positive wellbeing.

Company Climate Committee

Sustainability is important to our employees and our Investors, Scottish Equity Partners, and so we have brought together a committee focused on environmentally friendly practices for the business. The global committee is formed of 10 employees, focusing currently on Carbon Accounting and B-Corp certification.

Shared Knowledge Sessions

As part of our ambitions to constantly improve, grow and learn from each other, we have introduced Knowledge Sharing Workshops. These educational sessions cover a breadth of topics, including deep dive technical discussions, thought leadership, and developing soft skills. The topics covered are driven by employee interest, ensuring we are focusing on what’s important to our teams.
